Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Dayton area is hiring team members to deliver fast, friendly Guest service and high-quality food preparation. You will participate in cross-training, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support a positive dining experience.

Ideal candidates have guest service or food prep experience, basic math skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours in a high-energy setting. HS diploma or GED preferred; food safety certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.

• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
