Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Unit General Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to Food & Beverage standards.
• Train and supervise staff; follow company policies and procedures.
• Monitor sanitation, health, safety, and liquor regulations where applicable.
• Assist in record keeping, scheduling, and paperwork as needed.
• Maintain dress code compliance and operate opening/closing procedures.
