Job summary

Hardee's is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations in Lithia Springs, GA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional Guest service, staff training and development, and strong profit performance.

You will hire and coach a team, manage schedules, control costs, and ensure compliance with food safety and labor laws while driving local restaurant marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a management position (preferably restaurant).
• Able to work a standard 47.5–50 hour work week with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Model and create an environment where the Guest is always right and ensure a positive service experience.
• Respond quickly and positively to Guest concerns.
• Hire high quality people who demonstrate and ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Train, coach and provide regular performance feedback to employees.
• Develop and execute the restaurant business plan including staffing and local marketing.
• Utilize labor efficiently to meet budget and drive financial results.
• Enforce labor laws and uphold food safety, sanitation, and Company policies.
• Lead and execute company-wide marketing programs and maintain a fun, productive work environment.
