Job summary

The Dunkin' Donuts location managed by Askar Brands is seeking a Restaurant Manager to provide strong, positive leadership to the team and deliver friendly guest experiences while upholding Dunkin' standards and franchisee policies.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, inventory, cost control, and ensuring safety, cleanliness and compliance with laws. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in hospitality, basic computer and financial skills, and a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and deliver training to restaurant team members.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review employee performance.
• Manage budget, inventory, and labor scheduling as directed by Franchisee.
