Job summary

Askar Brands is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily Dunkin restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, drive sales and profitability, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

You will mentor staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic math and financial management
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
• College Degree preferred
