Job summary

Loews Coral Gables Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Busperson to support dining operations in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, assist servers, clear tables, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room.

The role requires lifting trays, standing for long periods, and collaborating closely with the service team. Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent, exceptional guest service skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift and carry trays weighing 35+ pounds repetitively during entire shift.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and assists Server with water and beverage delivery.
• Clears and pre-clears tables, returns service ware to dish wash area.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitization of dining room and service areas.
• Assists in post-meal cleanup and side work duties.
• Supports team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
