Loews Coral Gables Hotel is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional table service, anticipate guest needs, and create a warm dining experience. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and contributing to guest satisfaction throughout busy service periods.

Ideal candidates will have prior hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand and lift modest weights as required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed.

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
