Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and personal attention.

• Takes orders and manages cash drawer following safety and cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean and well-stocked according to quality and safety standards.
• Anticipates needs of guests and teammates and acts proactively.
