You will work across roles as needed, maintain a clean and stocked shop, and uphold our core values while contributing to a friendly, energetic atmosphere in a fast-paced setting at Caribou Coffee’s Little Canada location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections, active listening, personal attention.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Confidently moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately with cash-handling and safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Anticipates guest or teammate needs and acts on it before being asked.
• Makes recommendations grounded in real product knowledge.
• Shows up for every scheduled shift on time with reliable attendance.
• Upholds Caribou’s core values in daily actions.
