Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as the coffeehouse needs.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and personal attention.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as the shift requires.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked to Caribou's standards.
• Anticipates what’s needed next for a guest or teammate and acts proactively.
• Makes recommendations to guests grounded in product knowledge.
