Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as the coffeehouse needs
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and moments that make someone’s day
• Hand-crafts beverages and foods to standard recipes, customized to guest preferences
• Moves between barista and greeter roles as needed
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer following cash-handling and safety standards
• Keeps the cafe clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Anticipates needs for guests and teammates and acts proactively
• Shows up with energy and shares Caribou's core values
