Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and attentiveness.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customized to guest preferences.
• Move between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during shifts.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer, following cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked according to quality and safety standards.
• Anticipates guests' needs and acts before being asked.
• Takes direction from leaders and supports the team to balance priorities.
