Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and attentive service.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes.
• Move between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Anticipates needs for guests and teammates and acts proactively.
• Provides product recommendations grounded in knowledge.
• Recognizes when to escalate to leadership as needed.
• Shows up on time with reliable attendance.
