Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Use a floor plan and seating rotation to assign tables
• Provide accurately quoted wait times while managing reservations
• Support front-of-house operations and teamwork
• Answer phones with urgency and assist guests with questions
• Follow instructions with attention to detail and consistency
• Demonstrate ownership of sidework and closing tasks
