Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
• Dependable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.
• Adaptable and patient with a positive attitude.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests to create a positive first impression.
• Use a floor plan and seating rotation to assign tables promoting guest satisfaction.
• Provide accurately quoted wait times while managing reservations to ensure smooth flow.
• Support front-of-house operations and teamwork to enhance guest experience.
• Answer phones with urgency and help guests with questions.
• Follow instructions with attention to detail and consistency.
• Own sidework and closing tasks.
• Multitask and work under pressure while staying clean and organized.
• Work with speed in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
