Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests creating a positive first impression.
• Use a floor plan and follow a seating rotation to assign tables promoting guest satisfaction.
• Provide accurately quoted wait times while managing reservations to support smooth guest flow.
• Help support front-of-house operations to enhance the guest experience.
• Answer phones with a sense of urgency, assisting guests with general questions.
• Demonstrate ownership of sidework and closing tasks.
• Multitask and work well under pressure while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
