Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a Concierge Attendant in New Orleans to create a welcoming guest experience, maintain a stylish lounge, and serve as a trusted source for hotel and local recommendations.

You will provide exceptional service, set up and stock presentations, stay organized, and learn hotel systems while supporting front desk operations. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, kitchen/Dining, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Professional, reliable, and service-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests in the AC Kitchen.
• Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply presentations.
• Keep the kitchen/Dining room clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and local attractions.
• Support front office operations and guest communications as needed.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
