Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to assist with luggage handling and coordinate with front desk and valet teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling and support check-in/check-out to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide concierge-style recommendations and assistance.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and bell stand, assist with luggage carts and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures for handling belongings and monitor lobby/entrance for security and order.
• Attend training and participate in ongoing staff meetings as required.
