Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring a Door Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service at our hotel partners. You will assist with luggage, guide arrivals and departures, and support front desk and valet teams while maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

The role emphasizes proactive guest engagement, safe luggage handling, and coordination of transportation needs. You’ll represent PMC with a guest-first mindset and uphold service standards across on-site operations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required, experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling and support during check-in/check-out to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Handle guest requests, provide recommendations, and assist with deliveries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Keep lobby and bell stand clean, organized, and welcoming; maintain luggage carts and equipment.
• Uphold safety and security procedures for handling guest belongings and emergencies.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training modules on time.
