Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a friendly Door Attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, provide directions, and help ensure smooth arrivals and departures at partner properties.

You will support front desk and valet teams, handle guest requests, coordinate with transportation partners, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere while upholding safety and security standards throughout the lobby and entrance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle guest requests professionally.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible to nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling and provide support during check-in/check-out to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
• Greet guests, coordinate luggage transfers, explain hotel amenities, and assist with transportation arrangements.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and organization; support bell stand and ensure a positive first impression.
