Parking Management Company, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Valet Attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver exceptional service at luxury hotels, resorts, and events in baton rouge.

This role combines active outdoor work with a professional, polished presence and the ability to move quickly while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Attitude and helpful demeanor mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections and document parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles and adhere to safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping policies, including clocking in/out and reporting tips.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle difficult situations professionally, and support teamwork.
