Responsibilities

• Provide a positive first and last impression to guests on arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage and packages and arrange transportation as needed.
• Greet guests, take luggage to guestrooms, and secure luggage at checkout.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Book tours and assist with general information when concierge is unavailable.
• Keep bell closet and public areas clean and tidy, and support daily operations.
• Turn in keys and pager to Housekeeping at shift end.
