The Whitley Hotel in Buckhead seeks a friendly Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will field calls, coordinate with team members, and help resolve requests to ensure a seamless stay for every guest.

• Patience, tact and diplomacy with guests and colleagues.
• Access and input information using a computer system.
• Sit for long periods while performing duties.
• Effective verbal and written communication; adapt to audiences.

Responsabilités

• Promptly answer telephone calls, greet callers with a positive and clear voice.
• Route calls using the computer console and direct to the appropriate line.
• Transcribe complete messages and repeat information to verify accuracy.
• Input wake up information into the automated wake-up system and confirm time to guest.
• Page guests and patrons using the public address system in a courteous and clear manner.
• Act as dispatcher for security, guest services and property operations associates.
• Provide timely information via paging system and radios for emergencies and guest requests.
• Briefly answer basic inquiries like time, extension numbers, and outlet hours.
• Respond to emergencies and document pertinent details.
• Remain calm during emergencies or heavy hotel activity and resolve issues with good judgment.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
