Job summary

Holiday Inn Orlando Disney Spring Area, part of the Aimbridge Hospitality family, is seeking a Telephone Operator to be the friendly first impression for guests. You will handle calls, share hotel information, and assist with front desk tasks as needed in a lively Disney Springs area setting.

Open availability, evenings preferred, and a focus on guest service and accurate information delivery. Experience in hospitality and a willingness to assist across front desk duties will help you thrive in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to convey information clearly.
• Strong multitasking and initiative.
• Effective problem-solving and deadline management.
• Ability to assimilate and adjust complex information.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls promptly and direct callers to the appropriate destination.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel and surrounding area; be familiar with emergency and VIP procedures.
• Maintain guest privacy and handle messages and faxes per standards.
• Record and relay guest requests; keep daily activity logs and filing systems.
• Assist with front desk procedures, including bucket checks and other duties as assigned by the Front Desk manager.
