Job summary

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort in Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking a Room Service Server to deliver food and beverages to guest rooms, take orders, and maintain outstanding guest service standards. The role requires two or more years of dining server experience, ServSafe certification, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort setting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and processing orders, delivering meals, answering menu questions, and ensuring accuracy and presentation

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Two or more years’ dining server experience preferred; fine dining experience a plus.
• ServSafe certification and RSA training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests, often over the phone.
• Deliver food items to guest rooms and ensure presentation standards.
• Handle cash, credit card payments and room charges.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and trays/equipment.
• Provide prompt, courteous guest service and menu recommendations.
