Job summary

Oaklawn Jockey Club in Hot Springs, Arkansas is seeking an EVS Attendant to maintain the interior and exterior of the casino resort, supporting Oaklawn's guest-first service culture and core values. You will perform routine cleaning, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment, and collaborate with team members across departments; prior housekeeping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Must be able to meet physical job requirements.
Guest service experience is preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
Mixes chemicals and operates carpet shampooer and buffer.
Moves furniture and cleans assigned area.
Maintains and cleans machines after use.
Provides excellent guest services, treating guests and team members with courtesy and consideration at all times.
Cooperates and communicates with all fellow team members, always exhibiting mutual respect and consistently projecting a positive, helpful image/attitude.
Maintains excellent working relationships with other departments and vendors as needed.
May be assigned to various venues throughout the property depending on business needs.
Follows established procedures and policies of Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.
