Job summary

Responsibilities include inspecting cars, ensuring tickets for billing, following safety protocols, maintaining garage cleanliness, handling cash and card transactions, and reporting accidents promptly. Must stay professional in a fast-paced environment and wear appropriate PPE.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for insurance purposes.
• Valid TX Driver's License required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, walk, and run in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Park and retrieve guest cars safely, adhering to safety standards.
• Inspect guest cars for visible damage and notify supervisor if needed.
• Provide assistance such as luggage or directions to hotel lobby; communicate guests' needs to Guest Services.
• Manage car tickets for identification and billing.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions as required.
• Maintain garage cleanliness and report accidents or spills.
• Follow safety and PPE guidelines (face masks, social distancing).
• Complete parking garage forms and follow up with Loss Prevention if necessary.
