Job summary

Reimagined Parking, Dallas-based, is seeking a Valet Attendant to safely park and retrieve guest vehicles and provide exceptional service. You will greet guests, document information, and operate with a team including the Operations Manager to uphold safety and efficiency.

The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to move quickly between tasks, and the capacity to work outdoors in varying weather. Previous valet experience is preferred, and a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests effectively.
• Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination.
• Ability to move between valet stand and cars for extended periods.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering customer information via electronic devices.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper vehicle placement and tracking of location.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings using ticketing systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and responding to inquiries.
• Act as a brand ambassador by interacting with guests and assisting with loading/unloading items.
• Maintain vehicle safety and security by directing traffic and monitoring areas.
• Process valet fees and assist with end-of-shift revenue reconciliation.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage as needed.
• Report incidents or claims to management.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, supervisors, and teammates.
