Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and helpful guest service.
• Provides lead supervision and training to Valet Attendants.
• Greets arriving and departing guests and responds to requests or complaints.
• Parks and retrieves guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Monitors and assists transportation activities (shuttle, VIP, private groups).
• Performs Transportation Supervisor duties in their absence.
• Ensure adherence to policies and quality standards.
