Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations of the Valet Department during a shift and park/retrieve guest vehicles.
• Provide quality guest service and ensure courteous treatment of guests at all times.
• Promptly resolve guest complaints.
• Assist Transportation Manager in creating and administering policies and procedures.
• Maintain integrity of Valet Operations and secure valet claim checks.
• Receive/Return vehicles from/to guests and process transactions through POS.
• Assist with departmental personnel issues and possibly work a Valet Bank.
