Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is hiring a Ski & Snowboard School (S3) Support Services Representative to aid daily operations for indoor and outdoor teaching areas. You will assist with student check-in, equipment rentals, and class organization to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires working outdoors in varying conditions, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Seasonal, full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a guest-facing, service-oriented role preferred.
• Prior experience working with children or in outdoor recreation environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain teaching areas for indoor sessions.
• Assist with student check-in/check-out and lunch service.
• Support rental operations and equipment fittings.
• Greet families and help organize classes and groups.
• Assist in beginner race course setup and guest flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming indoor/outdoor teaching environment.
