Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer.
• Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
• Generate and provide customers with complete repair estimates.
• Establish and communicate repair completion times with customers and technicians.
• Schedule service appointments and handle follow-ups to drive repeat visits.
