Job summary

Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse in Colorado Springs is seeking friendly servers to own their section and deliver memorable hospitality. You will guide guests through the menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and drive sales while maintaining high energy and guest focus throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include applying CHEERS at every table, handling opening/closing duties, and partnering with Hosts and Service Managers to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or serving experience preferred.
• Comfortable selling and making recommendations.
• Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Professional, energetic, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and apply coaching in real time.

Responsibilities

• Own your section and guest experience from greeting to goodbye.
• Apply CHEERS at every table to create ease and build sales.
• Guide guests through the menu and highlight signature items and drinks.
• Make thoughtful recommendations and upsell naturally.
• Identify first-time guests and regulars and tailor service accordingly.
• Communicate guest insights to teammates and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete opening and closing duties accurately and on time.
