Job summary

HHM Hospitality seeks a Restaurant Server in Colorado to warmly serve guests and uphold brand and EarthView sustainability standards. Take orders, set and clear tables, stock stations, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining room while collaborating with teammates for memorable service.

Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent; prior food and beverage experience or training; POS system knowledge; TIPS preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and input into the POS system.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas and stock service stations.
• Prepare guest checks and assist with payment transactions.
• Provide courteous, attentive guest service to maximize satisfaction.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods or staffing shortages.
• Adhere to sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations.
• Support management with additional duties as needed.
