Main Event Entertainment, Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking a friendly Server to deliver outstanding food and drinks with speed and a smile. You’ll know the menu, upsell thoughtfully, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met while guiding guests to a memorable experience.

No prior serving experience required, but a guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential. Availability on days, nights, and weekends helps the team toast their success.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• State-required serving age (varies by state); Alcohol Certification, as required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming Guests and serving as an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate Guests' needs.
• Create memorable experiences with exceptional service.
• Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures and policies.
• Process payments and welcome Guests back.
• Maintain a clean, safe section; complete side duties.
