Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a server assistant to deliver exceptional guest service in a busy restaurant setting. You’ll assist with expo line and carry-out, maintain stock, and ensure accurate orders with a smile, helping guests feel valued throughout their dining experience.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in expo line and carry-out supplies for service.
• Fill condiment containers, ice, and items for fast meal running.
• Know menu, prices, specials and plating procedures.
• Up-sell beverages and food when appropriate.
• Provide courteous guest service and respond to requests.
• Be familiar with POS to ring in orders.
• Confirm orders and check allergies or concerns before sending to kitchen.
• Close guest checks and file payments securely.
• Stock supplies daily (condiments, plates, glassware, silverware, etc.).
• Stock and clean refrigerators with beverages.
