Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Ann Arbor, MI is hiring dine-in food and beverage servers (waitstaff) for full-time or part-time roles. You will deliver hospitality, engage guests, and take and serve orders while guiding their dining experience.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Must be friendly, attentive and able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment; state minimum age to serve alcohol and food handler card where applicable.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
