Job summary

PF. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediate for full-time or part-time hourly servers (Dine-in Food & Beverage). Previous experience is not required – we will train you and help you build guest service skills.

As a server, you will deliver hospitality, understand the menu, guide guests through their dining experience, take orders, and process payments. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, paid training, advancement opportunities, and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
