P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is actively hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters for immediate employment.

This role centers on delivering a remarkable hospitality experience, engaging with guests about the menu, and guiding them through orders and payments in a fast-paced scratch-kitchen environment. We offer competitive hourly pay ($10.70/hour base) plus tips, flexible scheduling, paid training, opportunities for advancement, and benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
