P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Rochester Hills, MI is hiring dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters for full-time or part-time roles.

All Team Members receive benefits and on-the-job training to support guest satisfaction. The position emphasizes delivering an exceptional guest experience, understanding the menu to explain items, and guiding guests through their dining journey while taking and serving orders and processing payments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
