Marshalls in Sterling, VA is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a highly satisfied shopping experience. You will engage with customers, keep the store clean and organized, and support operations across sales, returns, and POS procedures.

You will promote credit and loyalty programs, process merchandise, and assist in store recovery while adhering to safety and loss-prevention standards. Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support store merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and loss prevention measures.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and programs.
