First Hospitality seeks enthusiastic Restaurant Server professionals to deliver attentive tableside service and inspire our guests. A strong knowledge of the menu and recommendations is essential to elevate guest experiences and boost overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities include accurate order entry, proactive guest engagement, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area. The role emphasizes collaboration with the team and upholding professional standards daily.

Competenze

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the primary language used in the workplace.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours daily; lift up to 30 pounds; bend and reach as needed.

Mansioni

• Prepare the restaurant for service by cleaning guest areas and stocking supplies.
• Learn menu details to recommend items and pairings to guests.
• Accurately detail each order and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and resolve issues collaboratively.
• Communicate any special needs and support the team to resolve challenges.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the shift and complete side work as assigned.
• Uphold professional standards aligned with restaurant and company expectations.
