First Hospitality is hiring Restaurant Servers to provide attentive, dynamic, and inspiring tableside service. Thorough knowledge of the menu, proactive guest engagement, and problem-solving are essential to exceed guest expectations and uphold the restaurant vision.

The role focuses on maintaining guest satisfaction, executing service standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in the primary workplace language.
• Able to stand and walk 8+ hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Proactive in engaging guests and solving problems.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the restaurant for service and stock essential supplies.
• Learn menu details to recommend offerings and pairings.
• Accurately detail each order and ensure guest delight.
• Engage guests to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Proactively communicate special needs or requests and resolve challenges with the team.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant spaces during and after shifts.
• Maintain professionalism per restaurant and company expectations.
• Know restaurant emergency procedures; assist guests in emergencies.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
