Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide attentive, dynamic, and inspiring tableside service for restaurant guests. Thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus including recommended offerings and pairings is critical to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the workplace language.
• 8+ hours per day; stand and walk frequently.
• Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Reach, bend, and pivot frequently during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service by cleaning spaces and stocking supplies.
• Provide menu details and recommendations to guests.
• Accurately detail each order and ensure guest delight.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate special needs and resolve guest challenges with the team.
• Maintain cleanliness during and after shifts and complete side work.
