Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts seeks a friendly and professional Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our property-based outlets. You will greet guests, take and enter orders, serve food and beverages, and manage checks with accuracy, while maintaining spotless service areas.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; 2 years of restaurant experience preferred; certifications in food safety/ALC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Food safety/alcohol service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service for their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage guest checks and cash/credit transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
