Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Server who will courteously serve guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction in line with our brand standards.

You will set and clear tables, operate the POS system, assist bartenders during peak periods, and follow safety and sustainability guidelines. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior food and beverage experience and POS knowledge; TIPS certification is a plus. We offer competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when applicable.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during peak periods.
