OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service in a property-based setting. You will take orders, deliver promptly, manage checks, and uphold service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in restaurant service; high-volume dining or hotel background preferred.
• Certifications: Food safety and/or alcohol service certification preferred or required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service for dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate and timely order delivery.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Process guest checks and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and stocked service stations.
