Responsibilities

• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe, efficient hotel operations.
• Familiarize with restaurant organization and function of each position.
• Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous manner.
• Clear, clean and reset tables as needed.
• Be familiar with POS system operations and cashiering functions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work as assigned.
• Ensure tables and side stands are stocked, tidy and clean.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
