The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, with 1–2 years of restaurant management experience. This on-site position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals for the location including labor, sales, and COG.

Responsibilities

• Support the Unit General Manager in overseeing operations to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage standards and company policies.
• supervise staff during shifts to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Monitor sanitation, health, safety, and liquor regulations where applicable.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and in preparing required reports.
• Manage inventory, ordering of supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues per company standards.
• Contribute to a best-in-class work environment and culture.
• Support leadership in achieving organizational objectives and goals.
