Seminole Hard Rock in Gary, Indiana is seeking an Outlet Server to deliver exceptional service in casino Food & Beverage outlets. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure proper etiquette while maintaining cleanliness and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires two years of guest service experience in a formal dining setting, a valid Food Handlers Card and Liquor License, and the ability to read and write English.

Formación

• Two years' guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Casino Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write English; good communication skills.
• Must have valid Food Handlers Card and Liquor License.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide superior service for all Food and Beverage operations.
• Set tables with clean dishes, glasses, and flatware.
• Present menu, suggest courses and drinks, and answer questions.
• Take orders and serve meals following proper etiquette.
• Maintain sanitation and assist with cashier transactions at payment.
• Stock server stations and assist bussers as needed.
• Adhere to Indiana sanitation standards and COMPANY policies.
